উদয়ন থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ। কোনো কারণে আপনি আপনার সিদ্ধান্ত পরিবর্তন করলে পণ্য ফেরত দেয়ার সময়সীমা এবং পণ্য ফেরত প্রদানের প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কিত তথ্যের জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের প্রাসঙ্গিক বিষয়গুলো অনুসরণ করবেন।

অনলাইন/অফলাইনে অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য/পণ্যসমূহ ফেরত প্রদানের জন্যঃ

১। অনলাইনে পণ্য অর্ডার করার পর যদি আপনার সিধান্ত পরিবর্তন করেন, তাহলে অর্ডার করার পরবর্তী ১ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডারটি বাতিল করতে পারবেন।

২। পণ্য ডেলিভারি হাতে পাওয়ার পর পণ্যের গুণগত মান অথবা মূল্য কিংবা পণ্যের মেয়াদ সম্পর্কিত কোন সমস্যা থাকলে অনুগ্রহ করে ক্রয় করার দিন থেকে পরবর্তী ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার ক্রয়ের প্রমাণপত্র (সেলস ইনভয়েস/অর্ডারের ফোন নাম্বার) সহ পণ্যটি সংশ্লিষ্ট আউটলেটে ফেরত দিতে পারবেন, তবে অনলাইনে অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে হোম ডেলিভারি করার সময় পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে পণ্যটি ভালো করে চেক করে কোন ধরনের সমস্যা থাকলে সাথে সাথেই ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।

৩। আপনি পণ্য ফেরত কিংবা রিপ্লেস করার ক্ষেত্রে যতটুকু পণ্য ফেরত দিচ্ছেন তার সমপরিমাণ মূল্যের পণ্য কিংবা সমপরিমাণ অর্থ প্রাপ্তির জন্য উপযোগী হবেন।

৪। পণ্য অর্ডারের একই দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করার জন্য আমরা যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করে থাকি। অতঃপর কোনো কারণে যদি একই দিনে পণ্য সরবরাহে বিঘ্ন ঘটে, সেক্ষেত্রে পরবর্তী ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমরা তা নিশ্চিত করে থাকি ইনশাআল্লাহ।

Thank you for purchasing products from UDAYON. If for any reason you change your mind, please follow the relevant points below for information regarding the return period and the return process.

For returning products ordered online/offline:

1. If you change your mind after ordering products online, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order.

2. If you have any problems with the quality or price of the product or the expiration date of the product after receiving the product, please return the product to the relevant outlet within 7 days from the date of purchase along with your proof of purchase (sales invoice/order phone number). However, in the case of online orders, you can check the product thoroughly upon receiving the product during home delivery and return it immediately if there is any problem.

3. In case of returning or replacing the product, you will be eligible to receive a product of equal value or an equivalent amount of money for the product you are returning.

4. We try our best to deliver the product on the same day of ordering. If for any reason there is a disruption in the delivery of the product on the same day, we will ensure it within the next 24 hours, InshaAllah.
